Diamond Storage is a new state of the art storage facility to be built during 2022 in Florence, Oregon. The facility will feature multiple areas of secure code access, exterior fencing and climate controlled units. There is a profound need for additional storage units in Florence and the surrounding area.
The designer has been trained in best practices for preserving historical artifacts and is incorporating those concepts into the design. Stable archival temperature, humidity control and air filtration will help keep your valuables safe.
Ground breaking is expected to begin in late winter with construction proceeding during the summer. We would like to keep natural vegetation while providing a safe, comfortable facility. The photo on this site is just a stock image. Once we finish the facility, we will be proud to show off our new look.
Since this is a new facility, there is a chance for YOU to participate in the investment. Diamond Storage Investments will be paying 8% per year to new investors (both small and large) over the next 5 years. See the Investments tab for more information.
